2025-11-26 18:41:10There was trouble with the amount owed and the employee was not aware of how to fix it. My husband then went I side to see what the problem was and tempers flared and the employee told my husband to get out of the store. He called the manager and she apologized. She refunded our money and sent us a nice reply about what happened. She then refunded our money. Not sure we want to go back there again.

2025-10-02 05:34:45The collar, edges and cuffs had a little pills even after dry cleaning. The clerk offered to use a sweater bar on them, but it had more fuzz and was actually putting lint on the coat so I am a little disappointed. $20 seems really expensive and I was expecting a top-notch job for that price.
