Communication was not great

My coat was not clean and smelled of sweat .

Not a very welcoming atmosphere

Both suits have creases and one has a stain on the back of the jacket

The Lady servafternoon was not even ing me at the counter this afternoon was not even aware of my Bed spread when I went to collect it ! Infact she asked me what colour it was when it was actually lying on the front of the bench

Nothing needs to change

No follow up phone call to say it was ready. When I rang, I was told I would have a call the following day, but none again. I understand you are busy and can respect that, but it doesn’t take much to call or text to say your gear is ready. Especially 6 days after it should have been done.

Timing for pick up to be more accurate. Take greater care with regard tissues in garment pockets. Dry the cleaning before returning to clients.

Both items look like they have only been ironed but not cleaned. No fresh smell and sweat stains still visible on black dresss which easily came off when I wiped with a moist cloth at home.

I asked to clean the sleeves of my blazer, which are still dirty. Not happy

Well, I picked up my coat yesterday and today when checking it , I didn’t find it clean at all. It wasn’t dirt , but I wanted it cleaned by a professional. It came back with hair , the same way I sent it, with the same white dirt spot in it. Paid $25 and did not get a happy result at all. Will not recommend your services, sorry.

They did not understand what to fix on my jacket, they toke a couple of weeks to give it back to me, and instead to charge 15 dollars they charged me 36 dollars for the repair. I won't come back there again

Upon my arrival I was met with lovely customer service however once I received my garments and took them out of the bag they remained damped and crease whilst also harbouring a wet like smell. Sadly i was not impressed with the outcome of your services and will not be returning, as this has caused a major inconvenience to me.

I left a dress that needed extra cleaning because it has been splashed with chicken fat. A dress was kept to be “eyewashes” because it was still dirty but when I picked up the dresses_ the wrong dress was double cleaned
