THANK you so much! yesterday was my first time trying and I love love loved it. Driver came promptly, laundry was done PERFECT, and dropped off promptly. I highly recommend this service.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! Over a week later and there was no responsibility taken for ruining my clothes. No accountability from the owner Barry Cooper, and blatantly refusing to own up to the issue and make it right after damaging my clothes not once but twice. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I would leave a 0 if I could. The only good part of this company is the friendly and helpful female manager. I sent my clothes over to them for the first time a really big load, the whole order came back with a horrible smell. I decided to try them one more time after I contacted the female manager she arranged to have the first order rewashed. The first and second order came back with that smell my clothes and my toddlers clothes are ruined. I wound up in contact with the owner Barry Cooper who dismissed me and the issue that his company caused. He issued me the smallest amount he could and told me so seek another company and to make matters worse I had to toss most of my sons new clothes and a lot of mine. DO NOT GO HERE.

I'm a senior recuperating from a stroke and called on NJ Laundry for help. The driver arrived on time and was professional, helpful and very caring as he carried my heavy load of clothes down my stairs. My clothes were delivered the next day within the time promised. I was amazed how my clothes came back not only very clean but smelling great and folded in almost military style. I was so impressed and happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone who values a job well done.

NJ laundry service is great you can call make an appointment there there the next day right when they say they will be. Your clothes come back on time they're packed and folded. What more could you ask for.

The best laundry service I've ever used!!!!

Complete life saviors! They picked up a massive amount of clothes that I wanted washed and rewashed to get rid of that attic smell and I was blown away with how quickly they turned it around. They picked up the bags around 10pm in the evening and dropped off the bags the next day at 3pm!! I’m talking maybe 8 large bags. Clothes were folded and grouped by category and size (which in itself was amazing). Each category was tightly plastic wrapped to avoid unfolding during travel - it was wrapped so pretty that I didn’t want to unwrap anything to put them away lol. Probably 100 socks were paired and bagged separately. I can’t put in words how using this service is going to change my life and give me time back with the family! They’re simply amazing and they have a forever customer!! Thank you!!!!!

I absolutely loved them. This was my first time using such a service. The clothes were shrink wrapped and smelled wonderful. The just washed scent lasted for weeks!!! The only thing, and it’s not really a complaint is, they have a $50 min. I never have that many clothes, However because it was my first time, I did take advantage of the $10 first time user discount. Because I don’t ever foresee me meeting the min would be the ONE AND ONLY REASON that I wouldn’t be a return customer… Still I would most definitely recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

I love NJ laundry services! I’ve done three orders with them, and they are always prompt with pickup and drop off my clothes are folded and separated very neatly and makes putting laundry away a pleasurable 3 minute task. I’ve never lost a piece of clothing when sending them to be washed. Last order I placed, I called around 8am thinking I wouldn’t be able to have my laundry done for a few hours, and was so pleased to be told that they could pick up my order in ten minutes. I had my clean laundry the following day around 12pm. They pickup from my door and drop off the same. I LOVE that they come all the way up to my apartment door to pick it up, I don’t even have to go to the lobby. Excellently priced and they offer coupons in email every now and then! I never want to do laundry again because of how convenient and luxurious doing laundry with NJ Laundry Services is.

Love the service and the staff. The quality of work is great and they fold everything and the clothes come smelling fresh. Keep up the great work.
