Newtown Laundry Service

We have been using Kim & Co's laundry service for years. They do a lot of our ironing and we've experienced great service from them. The bigger items are protected and beautifully presented in a plastic wrapping, and so are the shirts, which also receive the same treatment, but are hung with laundry supplied hangers. Highly recommended!

Popped into Kim & co to see if they could pick up from Newtown hospital as my elderly father is there. £3 per kg service wash was fine but they then wanted £15 to pick up and deliver back to the hospital which is not even 5 minutes away. Dad was recently in Welshpool hospital and a local laundry service there would pick up and deliver for £4. Service wash was a similar price. When I mentioned this I was rather bluntly told “we are not them” Despite having good service in the past I’m never using Kim & Co again.

Excellent service and helpful and polite staff. Return your duvets in lovely bags to store them in.
