Very confused about what they can and cannot provide as service

I’ve dropped off my laundry here 4 different times, and each time they are never done with it. 24 hours, 2 days, whatever. Even when I request it and they say they can do it, or I call to check in, I show up and it isn’t even started. It’s one thing to be busy, I can sympathize. But it’s another to over book yourself and continually slack. My laundry is always late, and I will be taking it somewhere else where there’s enough people to get it done. This place is a clean, but employees don’t seem very motivated. And I’m tired of paying an arm and a leg for unreliable drop off service. A discount at least would have been nice.

This place is super clean and welcoming. Doing laundry there is enjoyable and their pickup and drop off service is even better!

Excellent service, easy to pull up and pickup/drop off very quickly. Friendly staff and clean establishment. My clothes are always folded perfectly and long lasting refreshing scent.

Pick up service available [limited times] Credit cards taken. A bit pricy ...but they are doing your underwear and bring it back tues up in a cute ribbon. Maybe best for a special treat.

This used to be my go-to, but they recently went to a preloaded card method. The card costs an extra dollar, it only takes cash, and they no longer have an ATM. On top of that, they increased their prices. I'm on the hunt for my new go-to spot now, but unfortunately it isn't here anymore

Exceptional service! They got these new card machines that accept Apple Pay - so say no less, my go to spot.

Drop off service is always clean and consistent. My go to laundromat - wouldn’t go anywhere else

I take my bedding very seriously. Finding an establishment that could take care of thousands of dollars in bedding not only was a complex search but a trusting process. Nick was extremely professionally and my bed looks like something out of a magazine. I’m very happy to say the least. Think no more if you need a quality laundromat.
