Had to pay anyway and must return to pick up. $29 for 3 piece ladies pant outfit. Need to refund half price and customers should not have to pay first if there is an ongoing issue

2026-01-16 12:03:24I'm not sure how you can make it better. I had a treasured item I placed in your care, this was my first visit. It's a isculou (crown of glory), a hat that is passed down generations, to be cleaned on the inside. There was makeup around the inside of the hat that I wanted cleaned. It was damaged, and there was an attempt to fix it. I'm so disappointed and saddened. I am wearing it took my mother's funeral tomorrow.
