2026-05-11 19:54:37Unfortunately as a new customer, had a bad customer service experience when dropping off my cloths, which I wrote a comment for and was hoping that when I picked up my items, things would be better. Customer service was significantly better, thank you, but clothes was not completed as requested (pants had no front crease). Believe this was related to the poor service received initially where the employee wasn’t listening or cared about my needs. Regardless I don’t want to characterize the business as poorly ran but certainly you are loosing business if that person (female) continues to service in that manner or customer needs are not met. Appreciate your time and understanding.

2013-04-10 00:00:00I was so absolutely frustrated with the girl at the front counter that I ended up just leaving. I don't understand why places hire people that have no idea what they are doing or what they are talking about.I brought in a designer 1960s party dress in desperate need of a cleaning. It had stains on it, and I was hoping that dry cleaning would fade it at least a little bit. I explained to the girl at the counter that this was a vintage dress, and did not have any sort of dry clean only label, but I knew that it was acetate fabric and needed special care. I also explained that I did not know what the stains were but if she thought they would at least fade a bit? The girl at the counter looked at the dress, and then started looking for a dry clean label and when she couldn't find one asked me where it was. I explained again that it was a vintage dress and a lot of vintage dresses did not have a care label. She then asked me what the stains were and how long they had been there. Again I explained that this was a vintage dress I had come across from a previous owner and that I was not sure. Acting a bit annoyed, she said that because the top was sequined I needed to sign a release form because sequins would probably come off.Okay, now I was getting frustrated inside but still maintained my cool. If a customer tells you all the information you need to know and is asking about your knowledge, why ignore everything they say and show that you know NOTHING about what you are doing? It upsets me that I am unemployed and can't find a job yet this girl has one and knows nothing about it.I said forget it and just left. Ridiculous. I found a place where the person at the front counter knew what they could do for my dress.

2014-06-03 00:00:00HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WEDDING GOWN! I purchased a wedding gown voucher for this business through Groupon and I had such a terrible experience. I dropped my gown off two months ago and was promised a 2-week turnaround. I visited this establishment 3 times over the past 2 months and was told on each occasion that my gown was going to be ready the following week. The last time I went, I complained to the receptionist and she told me she would call me back that same day after she spoke with the owner. I NEVER received a call back. I was fed up so I decided to get Groupon involved. Only after I contact Groupon was my dress finished. The box it's in looks like it's been reused. It's filthy, torn, and has tons of staple marks like it's been closed and reopened several times. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!

All those weeks and they have only been late around 5 times, all within a couple month period because of some machine trouble. Mel at the front counter has been doing this for a long time. She apologized and gave a credit. So 5x out of 125 to 150x. That's fine, stuff happens. They get 5 stars because they are dependible, and they are the best priced place around! Only 1 time have I gotten a wrong article, 1 time. Other places, this could be an almost regular thing. Trustworthy and organized.

2016-03-24 00:00:00This is the worst dry cleaners I've ever been to. If I could put no stars instead 1 I would. First off the customer services here is terrible! I took several of my husband's dress shirts to get it try cleaning. On the day of pick-up I noticed one of the buttons got chip of being pressed from the iron. They told me they would fix it the following day because they didn't have anyone on staff that could replace ONE button . I then came the next day at 1pm and the shirt was still not done. I was then told that the " steamstress" forgot to replaced the button. I had to then come the following day . I then came the next day around 1pm again and it still wasn't done. I then noticed the shirt looking dirty with fuzzy particles on the shirt. I ask if they could also re -dry clean it. They told me not worry about it and that it would be re-dry clean and the button will be fix THE NEXT DAY. So day 3 I went to pick up and waited a few minutes at the register. While i was waiting one of employees grab lint roller and pass it through really quick on my husband shirt and through a bag over it. When I saw that immediately ask why she did that if it should've been re-dry clean. She then responded that she saw something on the shirt...To be honest I don't think they re -dry cleaned it..she then handed me the shirt and I expressed how I felt about having to come 3 times for 1 shirt. She then never apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding... I will never come here ever again nor will i never recommend anyone as well. If anyone needs a dry cleaner please go to touch of class dry cleaners in metrowest if your really want your clothes to be dry clean and to be treated like a valuable customer.

2016-04-06 00:00:00Tried to find a nice clean place close to home. Have used this place about 8 times, for wash and fold only. First time they lost my laundry bag, so now I have to look every time I pick up. Second time clothes were day late. Third time they were day late. Fourth time they gave me with mine somebody else's clothes. Fifth and sixth were time was fine. On the seven visit I noticed a very high price. On the last visit with under 25 lbs of clothes I noticed they gave me a price without weighing them (which they did the time before and I prepaid that time) said to myself they will weigh them when they wash them and change the price. Well went to pick them up and they couldn't tell me why they were that price. Gave me the run around about 15 lb minimum. So I gave you over 20 lbs. Well this time I did weigh them and told them, so they cut the price in half but still how can you charge by the lb and not use scales. To bad I have to give them even one star total rip off.
