Very professional great communication

I've been using them for 3 years now. When the original owners decided to retire I thought I was going to have to find a new dry cleaner. Not the case here, the new owners are awesome, they do a great job with minimal changes.

I have been going to Metro cleaners for over 25 years. I was in shock when the Wong's retired. They were amazing people! Over the years I have sent so many friends and family to support them. Today the male, possibly the owner that was working was super rude and basically called me a liar. I've been to the location at least 3 times since the new owners took over, always dealing with a female. The first time the male owner was in the background and the female owner welcomed me and was very kind. It seemed like they had just taken over. I trusted them with my items and didn't bother looking at my clothes when it was given to me. I've never had to inspect my clothes after dry cleaning. I didn't have an issue with any of the items I took to clean there until this weekend. I went to wear a faux leather skirt that I still had in the dry cleaning bag. It had been a few months but everything was left as they gave it to me. It had gross sticky stuff on the skirt and I wasn't able to wear it, which was disappointing. It wasn't super horrible but I noticed it. I took the skirt and another item to the cleaners today and explained the situation, thinking they would try to make it right. The person working who might be the owner, couldn't find me in the system so he tells me I didn't get it cleaned there. He gave me an attitude and said he has never seen me therefore I've never been to Metro Cleaners. Amazing logic Mr. Chin who wrote "I appreciate all of the long time customers and look forward to welcoming and building relationships." on this Yelp intro. How I'm I suppose to know who in your business dropped the ball and didn't add me. He was frustrated maybe even misspelled my name. I think I would remember a place if I've been going to for over 25 YEARS! I told him I was offended by his remarks because I have no reason to lie. If he wanted to charge me for the item because it's been so long, I would have understood and paid for my item to be cleaned. ZERO customer service skills by this person, he was going to clean it but kept telling me I got it cleaned somewhere else. I gave him the opportunity to apologize but he kept telling me I haven't been there because he would know. He could care less that I was offended and that he called me a liar, At that point, I no longer trusted him with my business. I took my items and left super appalled by his attitude toward a person who wanted to given them another chance. I will never do business with them and will inform my friend and family to stop support this location. It's a shame that such bad business owners had to take over a much loved location for all of us. I had givin Mr. Wong 2 chances for my business and he ruined it. I asked him to alter 2 uniform shirt tops and i had to get them done some where else. He does not pay attention to customer request and the young girl up front is pretty rude and stuck-up. I feel sorry for the owner. I feel he'll probably wont be in business any longer.

Good place. I've never gotten anything altered here but the dry cleaning is good. $1.50 for a shirt is much cheaper than the place down the street from me that doesn't even have an on site plant. Good pressing and is ready when its supposed to be.

I believe I've have been a weekly customer of Metro Cleaners for over 20 years. Over the years we've had just about everything done that a cleaners can do. It's always been done professionally, quickly and economically. We have had items tailored, big items cleaned, leather restored... the list goes farther than my memory. I have been very pleased with the service here and so have my friends.

I am very happy with their friendly and quick service. No alterations yet.

I dropped off a few shirts and pair of pants (all white), I picked up my dry cleaning a day late and they still had not cleaned my pants, they wanted to keep them a few extra days. Not sure why they would clean some but not all of my clothes that were dropped off. My shirts were cleaned to a decent condition, not as good as other dry cleaners. I would not come back, they are unreliable if you actually need your clothes on the date they say they will be ready. Also, they charged me $15 to clean 3 shirts, that's the most I've ever paid for dry cleaning and they didn't even clean all of my items.

Horrible place, it’s only obvious we take our clothes to get washed in an appropriate way. We took our suits for over a year and they would return just pressed and would charge us 50 bucks, until one worker told us “you have to be specific.” It’s a dry cleaners, they’re supposed to CLEAN our clothes, they never washed them yet they charged us as if they did

Friendly business. Keeps promised deliver time for clothes.
