DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE if you don't want your item to be ruined and the male employee offending you with the rudest language you'll ever hear from a customer facing employee. I was hoping to get my item altered in this place. After having paid a chunky amount of money when collection the item, I went home just to discover that it was ruined and they had not altered as requested. When I went back to enquire and express my disappointment with the unexpected outcome of their work, I was first met with anger by making me feel as if it was me who had done something wrong. Then, I was pushed aside as another customer entered the store as obviously my matter was not important enough as they had my money that I paid for the service already. What followed next was 10 min of verbal abuse and accusations that I had changed my mind about what I had requested in the first place! I had never come across an attitude like this from anyone working with customers. One would reasonably expect a refund if the service was not delivered as requested or the item being replaced/repaired, but instead I was advised by the employee that they are not going to do any of this and that I should sue them if I want. What's more - they even dared to wish me good luck with this. There are so many dry cleaners in the W9 area. Please save yourself a bad day, wasted money and ruined items by visiting this place.

Great shop. They are always smiling and nice; quick turnaround of the garments. Prices in line with the market (great deal on shirt iron-only).

£9 just to sew up a small rip and didn't even trim off the bunched up material underneath. Also used the wrong colour thread so its very obvious. For that price I was expecting a DECENT repair. Disappointed.

Would expect that paying £26 for one dress to be dry cleaned that after the service is done it would at least smell clean, nope, still smells of perfume and other odours not so pleasant. Sent it back and was told “dry cleaning does not remove smells” okay ? So what does it do ? What did I pay for ? None the less they said they would re-do, which they did. Surprise, surprise nothing changed. Anyway definitely won’t be going back.

Was recommended Mercury Dry Cleaners by a family friend. Completely exceeded my expectations after a very poor experience with my previous dry cleaners. Brilliant service overall and excellent care taken with my garments. Staff are absolutely wonderful and knowledgable too. I especially love the delivery and pick up service they offer - fast & extremely convenient!
