Magic Wash N Dry- Waco

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a laundromat. The place is super clean and the owner is beyond helpful. They did a fluff and fold service for very a reasonable price and told me it would be done within 24 hours. 4 hours later he contacted me to pick up. Everything smells amazing and is folded in a neat orderly manner!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and our hotel did not have laundry facilities. Found Magic Wash on Google. Was greeted as soon as I arrived by Miss Sherry. She was so kind & helpful. She took me straight to the machines and showed me how they worked etc. The place is neat & clean with an abundance of washers & dryers and so reasonably priced. They take credit/debit cards so you don't have to come with $30 worth of quarters! Huge plus but the real gem of this place is Miss Sherry! She's absolutely the best!!

Here at Waco sending our son to Baylor. Had to look for a coin laundry and found this wonderful clean place. If you are looking for a place to wash your laundry, this is it. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I are staying in a hotel until construction on our new home is completed. I admit I was not thrilled about going to a laundry mat but, I can honestly say that from the first visit, I totally changed my opinion. The washers & dryers are VERY CLEAN as is the entire facility! The employees are very helpful, friendly and consistently wiping down machines, sweeping, etc. It is apparent that they take pride in their jobs. Overall great experience here.

Clean, friendly staff, easy to use machines, lots of different machines to pick from, quarter machine there, and they sell laundry stuff if you're forgetful like me and forget!

Traveling through the area and needed to wash some clothes. Found this place on Yelp. This was the cleanest laundromat I have ever used and the person in charge was helpful, and polite. She played the game "I Spy with My Little Eye" to engage and constructively occupy the children.

This a great coin wash. Clean, large washers and dryers. Attendant in duty that is very helpful. Will come back here for sure.

I have been in dozens of laundromat during my 28 years in the Army and this is unquestionably the best I have ever seen. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful attendant. As a first time customer she made sure that I had no issues. When she wasn't helping customers she was cleaning. They take coins, credit cards, Apple and Android pay. Forgot your detergent? They sell name brands here. I just moved to Waco but whenever I need to use a laundromat I will only come to Magic Wash.

In Waco for an extended work trip and was not thrilled with laundry machines at the hotel. Came here based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. Laundromat is incredibly clean. Staff is helpful and friendly - the attendant assisted me with using the credit card machine attached to the washing machine. There is a change machine for bills and they sell laundry soap and dryer sheets. Plenty of machine sizes but it seems they are all at a similar price point with an increase in price of 25 cents each for an extra rinse or the heavy duty wash. Worth the extra 50 cents to me! Will definitely return here next week to do laundry again.

The Magic Wash N' Dry at 1423 Sunset st in Waco Texas maybe nice on the inside but the workers in not because i was at the Bosque Smoke Shop next door and did not have a ledge to put the smokes into my back pack so i stopped at the laundromat to use the ledge there to put the smokes in my back pack and one of the workers got rude with me and i posted something up on facebook about it and i had three people message me about Magic Wash N' Dry and the 1st of them said that one of the workers was cussed out by one of the workers and 2nd one said that his brother in law is always having trouble out of one of the workers up at the Magic Wash N' Dry and then the 3rd one said that they have to walk up to the laundromat and they take there buggy on wheels with there dirty clothes in it and one of the workers say that they cannot take there buggy into the laundromat because it will bust out the windows of the machines and said they have to leave now how is that and they say that they provide customers with reliable and affordable services to make customers feel comfortable NOW how is being Rude and Cussing and Making Customers leave making customers feel comfortable

DeAndrea is the best person for the attendant at Magic Wash N Dry. We were on vacation and stopped in there to do our laundry and DeAndrea went out of her way to help us use the machines. The facilities are clean and fresh. The equipment is well maintained and this is the place I will go again when in Waco.

We have been on the road for 6 weeks and this was by far the best experience we have had at a laundromat. The lady who works there is fantastic. Offered to help me carry in my laundry, asked if she could explain washer sizes, costs, etc. clean and friendly

This place is so nice and clean and affordable! You can even use your debit card on all the different sizes of washers and on the heavy duty dryers. Lots of tvs and ac and heat. The best thing about this place is how the sweet black lady that works there... i need to ask her name... is so friendly and attentive to every customer and shes always keeping the place nice and clean. Somehow she always knows to come to me when i cant figure out my debit card and the settings i pick. If its packed she sees you come in and points out available machines. I have plenty of laundromats around me but i come here 15 minutes away because this lady does a great job! Fyi... if your hands are full she helps you take stuff to your car! Fyi... found out her name is dee dee!!!

This place is great! Super clean and tidy. The attendants are very helpful & friendly plus they keep law and order when anyone gets out of line. The machines are well maintained and get our laundry clean without that "laundromat linger smell". I use this laundromat every time we stop in Waco.

I'm out of town on a business trip and I have to say that this place is top notch! Very clean, tons of machines, you can pay with Apple, android, credit/debit cards or cash/coins. The most amazing part was the customer service Deandra!!! She is unbelievably kind, positive and always around to help you.

The best and cleanest laundromat ever. I came from California and my new washer/dryer was on back order so had to find someplace to do laundry. Was so happy I found this place on Yelp. Even the restroom is clean. The attendants working there are helpful and friendly and even thank you for coming in, where have you ever had that happen especially when doing laundry. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Had to do laundry on travel baseball trip. This place is great. There isn't enough stars to rate it. There were more than enough machines. It was clean, well maintained, reasonably priced for washing n drying loads, and the attendant on duty, DeAndria, was efficient at her job and so helpful and friendly to everyone, including the kids. I highly rate this laundromat if you are in need of laundry services. They even provide wash n fold service. A great experience and I will definitely return whenever I'm in Waco and the need arises.

I think I'm probably the last working mother to discover the magic that is wash and fold service, but I cannot recommend Magic Wash N' Dry highly enough. It's always clean, the staff are super helpful (ask for Deandra - she's the best!) and they have fast service. Whether you are trying to catch up laundry after hosting family or if you just never want to do your own laundry again, this place is amazing.
