2026-06-20 18:58:26I asked for light starch on my jeans and you guys put heavy starch and some of my shirts is not clean. I see spots this is a second third time complaining about dirty clothes not being clean.

2026-06-08 17:33:10When I went to pick up my clothes they charged more than the receipt said, I asked her why and she said it was a mistake and the person charged differently, I told her that she was the person who charged me before and she didn't answer anything, totally unpleasant and the customer service is bad, nothing friendly, I don't recommend this place anymore, the previous owner was exceptional

2026-01-23 15:25:01Two days (during drop off and during pick up), LP Cleaners smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The employee blamed it on somebody smoking out front or smoking, out back and denied anybody smoking inside the cleaners. I did not believe it because it was too evident and obtrusive. I will not be going back for their services.
