Everything I expected and more.This was the second wash and gold service I tried and let me tell you I was blow away by how good they were. They followed directions exactly as I requested. My clothes were so nice and clean and smelled wonderful! When they had a doubt they called me to check what I wanted which I really liked. I will def keep using regularly.

Laundry up does an excellent work and the clothes are clean, smell good, and are neatly folded or hung on hangers. Definitively recommend them to everyone

LaundryUP delivered my laundry that was cleaned and smelled fresh on 3/9/2023. Spoke with Patrick the same day that my cloth laundry insert bag was missing and someone's sky blue fitted sheet was included in my laundry. He said he would investigate. Had not heard from him so messages left on 3/11 & 3/15/2023. Spoke with Connie on 3/16 who said Patrick will contact you. As of 3/26/2023 have not heard from Patrick and I still have someone's fitted blue sheet, haven't heard about my lost cloth laundry insert bag and they haven't picked up their bag the laundry came in. Will not be using their services again.

They are just the best. My clothes are clean and delivered to my door all folded up every single time. Highly recommend them!

We were vacationing at Disneyland and really needed some laundry done but the hotel was pricey and this company was fantastic, friendly, professional, timely, very reasonably priced and our clothes came back very neat!
