Laundry Riviera

I payed for the service wash, around £12 for a really big bag of clothes. I got them back clean, so no complaints there. The lady who worked there did not speak much english so it was hard to communicate with her, but I believe it is usually her daughter working there and she was just filling in for that day. Ambience isn't great, but it's a laundrette so who cares.

I'm a regular customer and my laundry is always perfect.

The staff is polite and always happy to help.

I requested that my clothes be collected and delivered. The delivery man was very patient and courteous. I got it back pretty quick, neatly packed and folded.

I received my wash and fold service very nicely folded and put in a nice new bag tonight. Clothes smelled great. The laundromat was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly too.

Still open during COVID which has been a relief.Using the massive dryers is great in this damp winter weather. Decor is a bit worn, but as another review says "who cares, it's a laundrette" and don't let it put you off as the machines are clean.Range of machine sizes available. Standard prices. Take your own wash stuff.Staff will show you how to use machines if you are unsure or they offer a service where they do it all for you. Also dry cleaning available.It is used by many people in the area including some of the businesses (when open of course) . I've found it ticking over with customers coming and going every time I've been in, although the washes are fairly quick so even if full its not usually long to wait.
