My alpaca wool pillow was put in the dryer. It went lumpy and is now too uncomfortable to sleep on. My purple coat was cleaned beautifully

Repair not up to standard or fully completed, ITS ALL PAID FOR ! You still have to complete it ! . Had been let down on promises of date to collect. Awaiting text or phone call when repaired. NOTE lady in shop has apologised!

I want to do my own laundry in a.machine so i can be on control of it. I could have done it in an hour. As it was I had to wait 3 days to get my laundry back and it was all wrapped up in single use plastic.

Communication difficulties with the returning of laundry. Laundry did not give same day for this,and it was nearly 2 weeks before it was returned,I had paid for collection and delivery.

Had to re pressed every pair of chino’s and shorts the creases when you open up the trousers or shorts were shocking. Sorry will not be using your services again and certainly would not recommend you.
