I actually had one item I was almost embarrassed to send and it came back looking brand new. I was about to throw it out! Very convenient laundry service that delivers in the Wichita area. I received my laundry neatly folded, socks paired together all packaged together neatly. Pick up and drop off was extremely hassle free. Would highly recommend and will continue to use.

In the world of delivery services for everything, it’s hard to find someone you want to trust with picking up and dropping off your clothes, it’s a personal thing that needs to be handled professionally and timely. Laundry Express did exactly that, I scheduled a pickup through the app(there’s a desktop website also). A well kept driver showed up in a clearly marked delivery vehicle wearing a clearly marked uniform. Verified my washing instructions, and returned with my clothes neatly folded and clean the next day at the designated time. They also cater to offices and businesses as well as home! I’ve used many dry cleaning/laundry delivery services before when coordinating for a show, and too many times the driver wouldn’t show up on time, pieces would be missing, or I’d get pieces back not even clean because there “wasn’t enough time”. I don’t have to worry about any of that with Laundry Express. If they say it’s going to be clean and at your house tomorrow, it will be clean and at your house tomorrow.

Laundry Express has been absolutely wonderful! We started using them about 6 months ago. They have ALWAYS been on time, they ALWAYS have our clothes neatly folded and sorted. They have NEVER ruined any of our clothes. It is so awesome that we can depend on them to pick up our laundry and have it washed and folded, exactly like they say. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service and so convenient! Scheduled a pickup through the app, my clothes were picked up right on time. Next day delivery and everything was folded perfectly, smelling fresh and looking great. I really appreciate the text alerts letting me know the driver is on their way and after pickup/dropoff. Highly recommend and will certainly be using the service again.

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN I HAVE BEEN USING LAUNDRY EXPRESS FOR AWHILE. THEY ARE GREAT, MY CLOTHES GET HUNG OR FOLDED AND RETURNED BACK TO ME NEXT DAY SMELLING CLEAN AND READY TO USE. Easy 5 stars! I didn’t know I had a favorite local service till I discovered Laundry Express! I’ve used a fluff and fold service before but this is next level. [1] Sharon, the super awesome owner, picks up and delivers right to my door. This is complimentary people!!! She’s even delivered earlier than usual to accommodate my schedule. [2] My clothes return better than ever because somehow they’ve washed the dullness out…and within 24 hours. [3] Everything is sorted and “store-display folded!” As I tell Sharon-feels like Xmas. Clean laundry arrives beautifully wrapped and delivered in a huge red duffle. [4] A service that feels like an indulgence but not priced like one. So reasonable. My first pick-up was three weeks of laundry. Used their $10 coupon. I paid $14 total! At full price-it’s already a great deal. I encourage anyone just to give it a try. I’m gifting it to my college age kids for birthdays and finals week. Cheaper than therapy. Treat yourself. Oh and one more…[5] They have an app to remind you the day before pick up and alert you when their almost there to pick up and drop off. (I’d categorize this under spa treatment.)

The most helpful part of this service is that they are willing to bring my laundry into my home and put it where I want it. I'm disabled, so this helps me so much! The delivery man even offered to come into my house to carry out my laundry and I believe that shows a true desire meet the needs of the customer (me) . Thank you Sharon, Chad, and all of the staff behind the scenes who actually take care of my laundry.
