They were incredibly touched by the extra effort you put forth to have Dreft for the baby clothes and blankets - and your care of DJs sweater. Your customer service from the beginning from placing the order, pick up and through to delivery was exceptional - we were all so impressed and grateful! When I talked with Abbie and DJ they couldn’t believe the extra kindness you showed by sharing treats at the morning pick up - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You brought the support and aloha that sincerely lifted and filled their hearts with gratitude. They have no idea when they will be heading back to Maui, but we all agreed if they are here next week, we’ll be sending another order.
