Laundry Chief - ACCONL

They lost 1 of my bags. Never apologized, and did not follow up. I will be notifying other expats to not use this service.

Laundry Chief provides an amazing service, however some of my items, particularly the blouses weren't laundered properly, even after mentioning that they should be given extra attention. Also, just wondering why you have no discount packages for loyal/frequent customers. In a space of 1 month, my laundry orders have exceeded 1000GHC and yet no discount. I have reconsidered this and might just return to my previous laundry service as they have amazing discount offers.

Please be truthful to your customers. Becase you spoil my item and give me a credit and when I make an other for laundry and is time for you to deliver you tell me my account the credit was given is different from the online account but is the same company. Which is an imaginable.

They are very efficient

You give ‘‘em your clothes dirty and literally you get it back the same. I don’t know if they stingy with the detergent when throwing the clothes in the machine

Laundry was delivered one week late! As a result I missed a photo shoot and my wife had to travel out of the country without her blazer.

Items aren’t being cleaned properly please especially the white ones. Also delivery isn’t at the allocated time given and it makes it difficult to plan for your arrival

Please stick to your promised time of delivery.

Turnaround time for delivery of clothes is BAD...Timely communication of delay in delivery of clothes leaves a lot to be desired for the most part. No Customer focused initiative of adequately compensating loyal clients.

The pick up and drop off was fine. However I noticed one dress came back with slight frays/tears which were not there before, a top came back with beading unravelling which was not there before, the pleated skirts i sent were ironed without the pleats. Really sad and disappointed. I need a good laundry service now and I am worried about sending to you again

Your A and C branch should be located on the ground floor. Too much hustle carrying laundry back and forth up and down the the stairs. Teach your front-liners to be more pleasant and engaging. They are too cold.

They have changed the way they used to do the laundry clothes.Even now the ironing starche clothes are not good
