Laundry Chief - ACCHAA

Well my silk kaftan was missing and it took 3 years to get a response from the manager. I was offered l think less than 300gh for a kaftan I bought for $150.I was very very disappointed because this dress of my was custom designed and made.

Overpriced. Couldn’t use this service the price I was quoted was more than I paid for the blanket. So why not just buy another one. Then they would have it a week. How do they wash it? With the hands of new born babies? Don’t you just place it in a machine to wash it? Sadly I could’ve just washed it at a friends house for few. Ghanaians just invest in buying a washing machine so they can’t charge you ridiculous prices.

Way too over price for under garments like boxer panty it cost 24 cedi per piece… you can buy new ones for that price… it’s a rip off for sure

Overpriced and unreliable. Dropped off 4 items, 2 came back with minor damage. The items were also not ready when promised. It took a week overall and will now take an additional week for them to re-wash items that were not done correctly the first time. The packaging of completed items is nice, I appreciated that.

It’s a very useless place. Especially the branch at haatso. The staff are illiterate they lack coordination. Don’t put your cloth at risk. It’s better I use my hand to wash than patronizing this people. They need to sack everything body on that haatso branch. They are thief’s. They stole my money and my cloth and I was asking them they denied it.

I was skeptical of this place because of the online reviews, but then I tried them out (the east legon branch). I sent in two winter jackets, and it's the best dry cleaning job I have ever had in Ghana. Maybe it's this particular branch that's good, but my experience was 10/10. The two jackets were ready the following day, as an added bonus.

Efficient, pleasant, on time and good value for money! Excellant.
