The best laundry mat I’ve tried in Austin! I had been to awful laundry mats that were filthy, unkept, and had broken machines. LaundroLab is SO clean, efficient, user friendly (accepts cash, card, can operate everything through an app), and the people working were so helpful and kind. As a clean freak, I was amazed to see how clean the detergent compartments were; with no remnants of the previous liquids used by someone else. So happy with this spot!

This place is so awesome. The machines are stare of the art. The staff is polite and helpful. I drive past two other places to use this one because it is so much better. If you have trouble with a machine they will help you even if it's your own fault . I will always pick LaundroLab. Highly Recommended. Two thumbs waaaay up.

Today marked my first visit to a laundromat in quite some time. Upon entering, I was struck by the establishment's upscale ambiance, reminiscent of a high-end boutique. The facilities were immaculate, surpassing the cleanliness of many 5-star restaurants I've had the pleasure of dining at. Lizz greeted me warmly and inquired if it was my first time, to which I replied affirmatively. She proceeded to guide me through the operation of the machines and ensured I had all the necessary assistance, exemplifying exceptional customer service. Our conversation made the experience feel remarkably brief, and Lizz's hospitality made me feel at ease. I am deeply appreciative of her assistance and look forward to returning to this establishment. In fact, I am inclined to purposefully generate more laundry as a pretext to visit again. I would like to extend my gratitude to Lizz for her outstanding service and dedication to ensuring customers receive the support they require. This is the nicest and most up to date laundromat I’ve visited. Liz helped me with everything I was looking for. Kind and helpful. We need more people like her. TV’s, sitting areas, folding tables, plenty of laundry carts, restrooms, water fountain, snack machines, detergent dispensers, up to date washer/dryers, and competitive pricing. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a laundromat.

Such a clean laundry mat! All the staff is super friendly, but Lizz is the best! She even helped me move my laudry to the car when their parking lot was under construction!

There is not a single drop of ice or snow on the ground and you guys are still closed…I waited to wash until this morning because you closed early Monday due to the weather. This is very misleading as to your hours posted online and on the front door of the establishment.

After going through the nightmare of a house fire unfortunately if you would like to recover any of your items that might be recoverable, they will take an incredible amount of time at the Washateria. 95% of Washateria’s, do not give you a receipt for the money you have spent repeatedly washing your items. As I was looking for the best place to wash in Austin, Texas I came across Laundrolab and I was ecstatic to find out that they were going to be able to actually give me a receipt for everything I had washed. This is extremely important when you are turning all your receipts into insurance for recoverable items. Anyone that loses anything and has to show receipts please go there!! .I could not have had a better experience in the midst of such turmoil, but Lizz the assistant manager on duty that day was extra extraordinarily kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate about my situation! Even though she was working nonstop because it was so busy, she took the time to help each individual as they needed it! The state of the art equipment is fantastic, they have clean restrooms, ATM machines, vending machines, a PlayStation for kids, a TV and Wi-Fi for adults. You name it this place thought of it! Highly recommend this place wish there were more around Texas!!! Way to go Laundrolab!

Absolutely fantastic service at Laundrolab, all thanks to Lizz! She was incredibly attentive and hard-working, making sure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my laundry needs were met. Not only myself but she even noticed people who repeated business. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it made my visit so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend Laundrolab, and especially Lizz, for top-notch service! As someone who highly appreciates hard work and positive energy, I’d say give her a raise!

I regret that it took me so long to find this place but I see why they have a 4.9. This place is so clean, organized, and I love using the app and just loading money.

Alicia & Lizz were SUPER welcoming and helped me understand what I needed to do immediately walking in the door. They have 3 ways to pay and showed me the best washer to use to wash my HUGE plush living room rug. It’s only a 38 minute wash and I’m very very happy with how clean and organized this place looks & feels. I will be back in the future. Thank you for a great place to wash! Also, very chill atmosphere — it’s great that there are SO many tables and chairs to sit at while you wait and/or to fold your clothes.
