People went above and beyond. Delivered the goods when they knew that I was traveling in a couple of hours. Offered to remove stains that were left, at no extra cost. Stains were left since I was in a hurry. They offered to redo the service. Thank you very much.very pleasant people.

Hi, I brought one of my favorite dress pants to Lacoste Dry Cleaner. I was so surprised to see that all coffee and food stain are gone. I took this pant to 2 other dry Cleaner and I was very upset to see that those stains were still there. I appriciate the customer service of Lacoste Dry Cleaner. Keep up the good work.

Gave them one of my favourite coats for dry cleaning and replacing the lost buttons. The coat has heavy fabric and detailed work, and had two types of buttons. They did a great job replacing the buttons with beautiful needlework. Came out very clean as well! Thanks for the great and timely service!

I had to get a few jackets dry cleaned. I thought they were to damaged from dirt and couldn’t be cleaned. One material was faux fur and the other leather. When I got them back, they were as good as new! They also have amazing customer service! I highly recommend them.

Went a month ago and i got amazing customer service by a young gentlemen. Then i went again yesterday and another very friendly person was working. They did amazing work on my suit, looked brand new. Will be coming back for sure!
