Your app is acting crazy, its sending me multiple messages that are not valid!!!

Not professional at all. It's one issue after the other with this laundromat. I've paid online for the pickup and delivery. Then they tell me I have to download the app which does not work. They say they'll pick up my laundry on Monday and no one came. Then they say they only do pick ups on certain days of the week. Im never going back to this laundromat.

They have good availability for pick up/drop off times, and they are willing to pick up/drop off from an accessible lobby or your door, so you don't have to wait around. I get my clothes back within 24h. I recommend choosing "light" for the detergent scent or sensitive skin, I found the detergent smell was very strong when I chose "medium"

The machines do not wash good they don't fill with water you have to fill by hand , you can only wash with warm water and the attendants are rude and unresponsive when you ask to speak to a manager. I will never patron This laundromat again I would prefer to walk to the one that is further from my home. I waisted money on a machine that did not fill with water and the attendant refused to change my clothes to another machine instead gave me a bucket and told me to fill it feom the sink there is no sign about the warm water either. They also have a small machine that gets full with the dirty water of the machine next to it when it empties therefore my clothing had the waist water from a strangers dirty laundry in it. Horrible just horrible do not go there

Siempre me ha gustado lavar mi ropa ahí por que me tratan muy bien las chicas que trabajan ahí me dan muy buen cérvido o las maquina están muy buenas la ropa queda bien limpia estoy muy satisfecha con clean panda
