2026-02-11 00:28:20Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any sort of customer service. Your app doesn’t let me reschedule anything. Your driver tells me that my order isn’t for the day that I received text confirmation saying it was for. No one seems to pay attention to the huge note in my file saying “ne livrer pay avant 18h30”. I cannot understand how it’s so complicated to get me my suit. I get texts with all different dates and yet I still don’t have my suit - despite already paying. This is unacceptable.
