I absolutely love the remodel of my Favorite Laundromat. Love the technology of the machine it’s amazing

I’ve been using this laundry room since 2021. In March 2025, the store was closed for remodeling. They’ve since reopened April 5th, with new high-tech washers, dryers, and I love the new card system. It’s more spacious, and clean, with the usual friendly customer service! J&S Family Laundry is convenient and worth the laundry day cash!

Since I moved to Williamsburg J&S Family Laundry has been the only laundromat I have gone to. They are the best in Williamsburg and throughout the entire borough of Brooklyn. Only a few doors down from my apartment building. They are a true laundry and dry cleaning service. Their new renovations and upgraded washing machines and dryers with the latest technology. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to J&S Family Laundry in Williamsburg for a long time, and I recently stopped by on Sunday, April 13th. The renovations are amazing. The place looks fantastic, and the new machines are a huge upgrade. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also really like the new card system—it’s a nice improvement. John was especially helpful and answered all my questions. It was a smooth and successful wash-and-dry experience. I’m really excited about the updates and definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great service & prices. I enjoyed washing my family clothes. Found my new laundry mat.. if your in the area give them a try.. oh they do pick up & drop off.. also they offer dry cleaning.

The fastest laundry turn around I have ever experienced. Professional and friendly. Up to date machines and a place to sit in the back. My favorite.

This is by far the best laundromat I’ve been to in NYC. It is always clean and everyone who works there is so nice. The card system is very easy to use and the prices are great. Highly recommend!!

Same laundromat, same owners, same staff, just different name and renovations. Do not give any business to them. I dropped my clothing off and they ruined my clothes. When I showed them my clothes they denied it. No reimbursement,. I am still waiting for the owner to make it right.

They had a fire a fire almost 2 years ago and unfortunately, my clothing was burned. They never tried to reimburse me or offer to cover expense once they reopened under a new name and " management". As much money as I've spent here over the years, you would think they would be kind enough to offer compensation. How can people continue to go here? They do not care about their customers. I would recommend going to a different laundromat.

How can a laundromat renovate with insurance money from a fire they caused and never reimbursed me for my families clothing. They change the name but it is the same shady owners and workers. Avoid this location!! RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: Please do not lie to the people in this community. When I searched the business Database J&S Family Laundry still comes up as Victorino Laundromat's owners. You have the same staff working at your facilty. So it is either one or two things. You are related to the owners just like your staff, or you are the owner. Tell your relatives to do right for people who lost hundred of dollars in clothing, thats If you are not the owner.

This laundromat needs to make things right, if they are a community laundromat. If all these 4/5 star reviews are real, then why don’t you reimburse my family for the fire you had about two years ago. You avoid them and avoid reimbursing. My family trusted you with their clothes and lost because of the fire that is your fault. SHAME ON YOU!! RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: This is the same owners you just changed the name to the store per your own employees admission. Why not be truthful! You even reply the same response to other customers reviews that are being honest with you about their damaged clothes. You refuse to take responsibility. AGAIN SHAME ON YOU!!! IF YOUR SMART STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!!

J&S have been nothing but the best since I’ve moved to Brooklyn two months ago!! The renovations are top tier, the professionalism is always unmatched and the quality of their service is great. The employees are always professional, friendly, and helpful any time I’ve been there and nothing less. I would totally recommend them a millions times over!
