2026-05-22 19:42:00Terrible. It looked better before any work was done and now it looks horrible. I was not even consulted on the way that they would fix something before they went ahead and fixed it because if they told me they were going to melt the cap in a disfigured way onto my hoodie string and only melted on halfway instead of fully on, I would’ve told them not to and for the insignia on my joggers pants it looks like a child’s work and would’ve been much better if some type of adhesive was used rather than just sewing around the insignia to make it look ugly. The hoodie was purchased for $124 and the joggers were purchased for $108 and I am completely heartbroken.
