Horrendous. Folded curtains into a six inch wide pile so that when they were hung we had horizontal creases running along the window. Have no clue how to press curtains. DO NOT USE THEM!

They are great nice family business. Highly recommend. They pick up and deliver they also carry to car if you have a lot of clothes. Always ready when I ask for it.

These are the most honest and reliable cleaners ever. My diamond ring slipped into my laundry bag and they told me they had it (I didn't even ask.) I will never go elsewhere- they are truly professionals.

Always friendly, reliable and high quality service! Lovely family owned business. They've done a great job even when I ask for rush jobs and give them things last minute. I've tried the other dry cleaners near by but Belle Cleaners is my favorite.

My favourite go-to dry cleaners in Harrison! They're always so sweet and professional. Turn around time is quick and it's so close to the train station, perfect for my commute. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

They punctured holes in a business shirt and then claimed the holes were there when I dropped the shirt off. (There were no holes in the shirt at drop off.) In fact, the shirt was "ready for pickup" after they said it would be -- and they never mentioned holes until the second time I came to pick up the shirt. Mistakes happen. But they blamed me and they refused to credit back the cost of the cleaning of the shirt (which they charged in advance). I cannot recommend dropping off business clothing here. Their customer service lacks too much. I usually leave 5-star reviews for businesses but I think a 2-star review is proper.

This is an extraordinary tailor and cleaning establishment. They are fast, reasonable and most professional with their work. They are a treasure for the entire lower Westchester area. I recommend them highly.

Excellent quality and service! Very professional and clean operation. I dropped off the garments with a requested to be expedited for a black tie event and everything was ready on time. The clothes are super clean and perfect. The clothes came back better than when I purchased them new.

Brought in pants that had a tear, paid them to fix it, after one wear the tear re-appeared. So first off bad tailors.I called them to explain I wore them once after paying for their service to fix it and had zero solution to accommodate me. The lady was rude.If you can’t fix them, just say so, don’t charge me and then if they are fixable, guarantee quality.Debating going in to the store to discuss,In the end I will just use one of the many other dry cleaner in Rye, as agreed by the Isabel the employee I spoke to.

After being a loyal client for five years, I left some couch covers to be washed and I reinforced the stains were due to (fresh) dog pee. After picking it up, I noticed stains were still there. Went back to seek a solution. They said they could try to wash it with water but it might shrink, so I declined redo and asked how about the payment made ($70) since it didn’t work. The lady said “we did the work”. No, stains are still there! And that’s how they lost me as a regular client.

I’m so disappointed. Since I was a child I’ve / we’ve used Belle. They have ruined 2 garmets of mine and today was the last straw. What’s more upsetting than the fact that they hemmed my pants unevenly, ( by 1/2 an inch) is the entitlement and fierce defensive behavior I encountered when they knew they were wrong. They were rude, accusatory and completely out of line.
