Love this place. Clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Love the wash and fold. They even know how to fold fitted sheets!

I am SO delighted with the service Guelph Laundry provides! I'm able to communicate with them through Messenger from Halifax, NS on behalf of my father who is 92. We've used their laundry pickup and delivery 3 or 4 times now and are VERY satisfied. They've gone beyond the call of duty to help accommodate my dad's mobility issues. And this week dad had an emergency laundry need, and upon request (and for an extra fee) Guelph Laundry was able to pick up and deliver in one day!! They've always been kind and friendly ... and so easy to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend their service!!

The staff is friendly and outgoing. It is clean and the machines are always working. The wash and fold service is amazing, the lady who does the wash and fold is always willing to help anyone who comes in the door. I could go on more but these things are just the start of why this is the laundromat that I use.

The manager here is amazing! Makes me laugh everytime. Passes the time when waiting for laundry. Service is great, Karen is very helpful!

I absolutely love this laundry mat! So clean. The wash and fold service. 100%. Always clean folded laundry in a timely manner! The lady at the front. I just love her! She is so kind hearted and takes her job so seriously.

My machine had an error. I called the number provided and right away I was helped and Guelph Laundry Co. hooked me up and reloaded my card, put a little extra for the dryer. Very fast and very helpful. Made my rainy Sunday brighter

Quicker love it

Very clean, well maintained machines! Would have given 5⭐ if they had a coin machine to load my card. I had to go to Tim Hortons and get coins changed to bills to load my new laundry card. This is my first time back to this laundrymat in about 5 years. I was not aware they switched to the card system.

I enjoy coming to the quaint little laundry mat. It’s cute, kept clean and the new decor is welcoming and bright.This evening, I unfortunately encountered some issues with a washer.When I called their posted number they answered immediately, and tried to remedy the issue.Sadly Karen had to come and to free my clothes, and I had to re wash them to remove the soap as they were sitting in an unfinished washer.But overall, the experience here is pleasant.Unlike other laundry mats that feel so stagnant.One thing I would consider adding is a sink or a safe area to pre treat any clothes. Or to be able to rinse out my laundry detergent cup.Thanks Karen and David for you help today.

Cleaned regularly, modern decor and friendly staff.

It was an easy experience as there is lots of signs on how to get a card and reload a card.There is signs up by each machine on how to use it!!!
