I have been waiting for three weeks for the manager's response to a dress that they lost the belt and it's been more than 3 weeks and there is no answer and they do not call... I went three times and they no even care about it.. "we will call you" ... girls at the from desk are amazing but manager need to face to the customer when there is a problem....

Worst experience ever. Did not receive my two white shirts on the day I was told I would receive them. And when I did receive them both white shirts were now yellow, and no explanation nor apology was given. That's what I get for paying for cheap service. By the way... I took the shirts to only be pressed.

This is worst cleaners place ever. Their manager is never there and people who work their have no responsibility whatsoever. They destroyed my 250$ winter Calvin Klein coat and didn't even have courtesy to apologize for it. Instead they started telling me that it is my mistake that my coat had buttons. Plus for my other jacket they made me come to store atleast four times before it was finally ready. They kept giving me a new date every time I would ask for my this jacket. If you love your clothes then don't go to them. Going to them is same as throwing away your precious coats and jacket.

The best and cheapest dry cleaners in Hudson County. Literally 1.99 for ant garment. You can't beat it.
