Fresh Laundry Company

Laundry machine ate one of my toonies, and when I asked the staff for another to replace it they accused me of lying about the machine... Meanwhile someone is using 6 machines to themselves over three rows (not using the middle machine) to soak their clothing. On the busiest day of the week.

Amazing service is very clean place. I feel very safe and the place is always supervised with cameras and staff. Staff is very nice. Especially the Manager and her two daughters.

I used to really like this place, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, but nowadays the machines that I use seem to have a moldy smell. I suspect they aren’t cleaned as frequently as they maybe should be. If they fix that, the place is great.

I can’t say enough good things about Fresh Laundry. The staff are wonderful, they clearly care about my business. I own several vacation properties where I supply all of the sheets, towels, duvet covers and kitchen and bathroom linens. The laundry is cleaned, folded, neatly packaged and well labeled. Everything is sorted and easily identifiable. My laundry is always ready before the requested day. Staff are friendly and helpful, and cost is comparable to basically every other similar business. Premise and machines are also always clean and in good condition.

Lots of machines of various sizes. Price is okay. Fairly clean, good tables for folding and carts to move laundry around. No real complaints.

Staff were judgemental. The bathroom needs looked like they stopped fixing it halfway through construction. The washing machine ripped some of my clothes.
