Although I specifically requested that the sweaters and sweatshirts be folded, they were returned on hangers, causing their collars to stretch out. The hook located above the zipper on the dress was deformed. Furthermore, it took over a week for my clothes to be delivered. I was disappointed with many aspects of this service.
