2026-06-02 19:53:19My order was 48 hours late when I came in specifically saying I cannot have it later than a certain day. I came in to pick it up that day and was not notified it was going to be delayed. I had to buy all new clothes for the wedding I was in. After that, I went to pickup the clothes today and was offered not even a discount for pickup after I reminded staff of my situation. There is nothing you can do, I will never be back, but I thought you should have the feedback. I run a consumer business myself and I always prefer when customers tell me their issues.

2026-04-24 23:45:32The collars on the shirts were not aligned properly. Although I specifically requested that the sweaters and sweatshirts be folded, they were returned on hangers, causing their collars to stretch out. The hook located above the zipper on the dress was deformed. Furthermore, it took over a week for my clothes to be delivered. I was disappointed with many aspects of this service.
