2026-09-07 17:40:59The quality of your dry cleaning is sub par. The shirts came back crushed and the blue linen shirt was ripped at the back near the base. I’m actually surprised at the amount of positive reviews you have which are probably not authentic

2026-09-02 22:39:27One of the things I asked for the hem to be let out was not done and they did not flag but tried to charge me.. I had to point out.. then was met with they didn’t know what to do. Also, it is was overpriced. And I’m from NY where things are typically pricey and these prices were egregious

2026-06-02 19:53:19My order was 48 hours late when I came in specifically saying I cannot have it later than a certain day. I came in to pick it up that day and was not notified it was going to be delayed. I had to buy all new clothes for the wedding I was in. After that, I went to pickup the clothes today and was offered not even a discount for pickup after I reminded staff of my situation. There is nothing you can do, I will never be back, but I thought you should have the feedback. I run a consumer business myself and I always prefer when customers tell me their issues.
