Goede, correcte klantenservice Met geven van juiste informatie Niet zeggen iets zeker op donderdag gereed is, en als op aangegeven tijdstip komt halen, er niet is. Andere dag te horen krijgt , is pas maandag gereed (terwijl expliciet heb aangegeven voor het weekend gereed moest zijn wegens vertrek naar Londen. Was geen probleem zei men ). Nadat kwaad werd, bleek het er opeens wel te zijn ???? Betrouwbaar ? Niet echt
