2026-01-27 16:55:04I was charged full price despite poor service. The clerk (Gloria?) assured me my jacket would be ready the next day. It wasn’t, which forced me to wear a mismatched jacket and made me late for an interview. When I questioned the full charge days later, she acted as if nothing had happened. To make matters worse, when she did attempt to give me the jacket, it still had stains and fur, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I ultimately didn’t get the job and was still required to pay full price.

2026-01-22 01:52:45I brought in 3 shirts for dry cleaning and 20 lbs of laundry. My laundry cost $150. I have traveled all over the world and had my laundry done and never paid more than three dollars a pound this is shocking to me
