2023-01-15 18:41:56I took my new curtains for alterations, I was advised this is a service they could do, however, my curtains were taken up but they have a visible seam sewn along the bottom. The stitching shouldn’t be visible, also the hem is wonky. I’m totally disappointed, I was charged £40 for the alteration, my curtains weren’t cheap either, they have ruined them. They should not be advertising curtain alterations as they cannot do them professionally. I strongly advise against using this dry cleaners for alterations.

2022-07-09 14:14:07The man at the reception has bad attitude and doesn't listen to client. Also he only works in centimetres as he doesn't now what millimetres are( Ignorance has no limits) Very disappointed
