I never heard any feedback for three weeks. So l came ln and followed up with my Request on my clothing and talked to the gentleman at the front desk. 2022-08-02 23:31:21The buttons on my wool coat were ruined thus I would like either replacement by you with acceptable similar buttons or I can purchase and present you with the receipt for new buttons. I would also like to be reimbursed for the dry cleaning cost of this one item. It was the only item (of 4) which was assembled on the rack facing away from the others so the buttons were not visible unless I had removed all from the plastic and turned it around prior to accepting the order. This would suggest the damage was known prior to pick up.

2022-07-01 01:45:24The service was awful. I dropped a shit off to have some buttons replaced. Or all of them if marching ones could not be found. I called a month later only to find out that nothing had been done yet. The lady said that likely you couldn’t find the matching buttons so she will replace all of them (which we already agreed on) and when my boyfriend picked up the shirt only the broken buttons have been replaced. Now he has two different colored buttons on his shirt. That makes no sense. Not to mention that you charged $42 for a couple of buttons. I will be calling for a refund tomorrow. Unbelievably unprofessional. Terrible service.

Found out the store is closed Saturday and so had to make arrangements to get my clothes to me since I was out of province and needed them.

2022-01-16 16:42:15Your front desk personnel were great. The coat was not clean when I picked it up first time. Sleeve ends were grubby, and a big area, (2"x4") was grubby right in the middle of front zipper area. I asked for it to be put through again. I also asked for a mobile radio strap to be added to the left shoulder. This tiny strip was added to just above the elbow on the left arm, behind the middle left arm. Then I was double charged for cleaning, which the front desk rectified.

2021-11-18 01:25:38It wasn't bad. Just never received any notification my coveralls were done. I picked them up a month later and after picking them up I got a text saying that they were ready to be picked up. I tried calling numerous times to see if they were done beforehand and was hung up on once and the other few times it just rang to voice-mail. Still happy with the repairs and the cleaning. Maybe something is amiss with your notification system.
