The Item was delivered several days late

Why because my clothes were not returned for over 3 months despite promises and several calls leaving message's. I have to trace you to your new location to pick up my clothes. This is not acceptable.

Had no idea when delivery would happen. Driver sorry I forget yr name but he’s fab, but obviously his work load is off the scale but no way of knowing when he’ll arrive until I get a call saying 30mins! Good job I work from home most of time, otherwise no way could I use you cause too unpredictable when pick up or delivery is going to happen. Totally understand if you have lots of stuff on as you explain in yr phone recorded msg, but you might need to think about how that comes across to casual customers. Also might need to check and respond to yr emails. But happy to still use you just sort out the notifications of pickup/delivery times 😃

great service and the owner norm was very kind and really new what he was talking about.

Had a pair of pants hemmed at Legacy Fine Dry Cleaning. In less than a month, the hem had completely fallen out. When I took the pants back into the store with the receipt, they refused to fix them stating that I would need to pay full price again to have them altered. Very disappointed at the quality and service. Will not be returning for future services.

Great service, helped me out with alterations on a pair of pants, cleaned this item and others. Awesome quality on my shirts and great crease on my pants. Please keep up the service.

Took my husbands long johns for work here due to having issues with another seamstress (the bum flap zipper needed replacing) and was told i could get them repaired and done within a week. So i left them there and waited for a quote to be called back to me When they called i was then told we needed to have them dry cleaned first - no problem - i left them there for 1.5 weeks and came to pick them up and paid for them. Got them home and the zipper hadnt even been touched. Called the store to rectify this and the gentleman was quite rude to me. My husband took them back and they hummed and hawed about when they could get them done again and were mad when we asked for them b4 the end of the week. Wont be taking anything else here as this was a poor experience for us at a new store trying to build business. Maybe another seamstress will open in the bigger mall that opens in future.

Terrible service, really expensive. Twice they told me they can't tailor pants. Took over a week to get dry cleaning back. Had to go in three times to get my clothes back, each time they told me to come back in a couple days, still wasn't in. Twice when I went in, staff were not wearing masks. For the amount they charge, I'd expected better service, accurate times, and to feel safe picking up my items

Had a great experience here. I needed my clothes in a rush and they were very accommodating. Everything came back on time as promised. The cleaning and pressing were top-notch. Love that their green and my clothes had no chemical smell and were soft. I'll be back for sure.

I have only dealt with this location as an UPS drop point but the employee is always friendly and efficient.

My wife and I brought in our Wedding Dress/Suit since my wife saw an Ad for "Wedding Dress cleaning and preservation". Deciding to surprise my wife in my suit one day, only to find every single button on the suit jacket, vest and pants crushed or cracked and chipped. We are terrified to inspect her dress as I expect the same condition as my suit. The dress is preserved in a taped box.

Really friendly and great customer service with answering my questions the owner has been working in this business for over 40 years really knowledgeable guy and friendly staff. I always appreciate small businesses like this that feel like you are dealing with real people directly rather then some minimum wage employees who don’t like their jobs my suits came back cleaner then I expected as I had some stains on the collar I was told by other places were hard to get out and wanted to charge double this place helped me out for a fair price 10/10 recommend they handle all sorts of items not just suits but blankets, drapes, work jackets, sleeping bags and more !

Came in with a big load of shirts on a Monday, was nervous cause I needed them by the end of the week, and they were done by Wednesday.

Had to get some patch’s put on my coat for work and needed them done quickly this place was able to help me out and I was surprised how well it came back good service and quality work

Saved the day!! Long story short- we walked by the drycleaning bag at the door all week with clothes for a wedding and when we realized this I thought we were s.o.l. Luckily the owner was on front counter Thursday morning and went above and beyond! Delivered to house Friday afternoon, beautifully cleaned and pressed and buttons repaired!! Thank you Norm!! We were the best dressed lol!! Highly recommended!! Personal service hard to come by. See you soon!!
