For some reason my shirts were not on hangars this time

Dropped off 2 blankets and was given a receipt that we owed $20.00 on pick up. When we picked up our order the clerk stated we owed $5.00 more because the 2nd blanket was big. If the clerk on drop off made a mistake that’s not my fault. It was only $5.00 but I feel the cleaners should have waived that money. We used this service quite often. They have lost a good customer and they will loose more in the long run.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I could leave this place zero stars I would. I trusted this laundry service with all of my wardrobe and my laundry was, “lost.” All of my work slacks and workout leggings which were worth at the very least $500. My clothes were never found and the owner has sub par customer service and made me feel as though I caused her a burden. This business has a high employee turnover; every time I would come, I would always see new faces. The owner did not replace my clothes and only offered me a mere fraction of the cost of my clothing. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you buy one of their personal cards on site? They charge double to your personal account, or credit account. Supposedly you get the rest back at the end of the day? That was the information presented on site. When asking why that information was not on their website? Basically got informed take your business elsewhere, or take it up with management.

I have been going here for about 2 months and was so happy with customer service and laundry service. It was excellent. Last 2 times I have dropped off items. Lots of confusion all staff from before gone. this last time I dropped items off, my clothes came back with stains!!!!!! My Colored, my whites and my kids dresses. This had never happened. It was extremely disappointing I was happy to find this place. I can’t continue to have my clothes come back stained. I think there was a change in management or employees. And It was not a good change!!!!!

Have been going here for a lil over 2 months last 2 times has been different. This last time my clothes came back with stains!!!! That had never happened before!!!!! I don’t think I will return.

Maria and Soledad were very welcoming and professional. Being new to the laundromat experience I was very pleased with the fluff and fold offer they have. It was wonderful. Dropped of laundry. Received text message when finished and I will be honest, my underwear have never been this soft!!!!

If you want to get your laundry done here, I recommend them actually, well aside from all the mix ups lately. However, if you are looking for a job, look elsewhere. I was employed for two weeks, almost on the dot, and was fired, without reason. They are short staffed, and letting several employees go. Not to mention the amount of labor for minimum wage, and the backhanded remarks from Nancy, the owner. This is my personal experience, take it how you will.As I mentioned, as a business, it’s great, they’re all welcoming, the staff is nice, the quality of work is remarkable and it’s very clean. But don’t work here.

My dog stuff was washed with my linen and now my stuff smell like dog.

Multiple clothes had stains from either washer or dryer. My vibrant colors became dingy. I’ll be doing my own laundry from now on.

I had asked for all my t-shirts to be hung to dry but about 4-5 were folded instead of on hangers. Plus I have trouble believing that in only a few hours my shirts could have dried naturally vs in a drying machine. The people were nice and friendly though.

Awesome service. Friendly staff. Went in, asked a couple questions, left ny laundry got a text a couple hours later to pick up. Cant beat it. Prices good and nice place. They have a regular customer in me. Thank you again for the great service

I love doing laundry. I love the products to wash. I Iove the actual action of pulling the freshly dried clothes out the dryer, the sorting and folding.   I love doing laundry at home but let's face it....4-6 loads will take hours.   My favorite time of doing the laundry is when I get to go to the "laundromat".   The routine for a laundry outing is sacred.  Saturday night is prep work to gather sort and load the car with bags of laundry a perfectly organized basket of fabulous cleaning products my books and piles of mail to read.  Early Sunday morning while the world is still quiet and vacant off I go to the good bakery for glazed doughnuts and coffee.  During Laundry time there are no complaints, no cell phones just blissful me time.  Recently however I decided I may need help with laundry as I remodel my home. Stuff and things are EVERYWHERE no room or space to sort or fold.  To my delight a flyer was left on my front door which offered me the chance to try out a laundry service.  That one little flyer transformed my entire life.   I dropped off my laundry and received a text  letting me know my clothes were ready.  Not only were my clothes ready for pick up they were tidy and packed perfectly, fresh and clean.   What a wake up call.... hours upon hours of laundry gone....hours I can never get back.  Choose life by saving time.  Kevin and the staff have an invaluable service.   Their work has added to my life.....time the greatest gift of all and worth every penny.  You guys if time is your greatest treasure take your laundry needs to Laundry Drop off on the corner of Orange and San Antonio next to the 7-11....a investment you will love.Peg a fan a devoted customer
