2026-05-02 02:12:38When I came to pick up my order I was informed that I owed an additional amount of money because I ladies shirt was laundered like a man’s shirt and there was an additional charge. I informed the girl that the mistake was not my fault. She agreed and informed me that she was not properly trained. I asked if that was my fault and she responded no. So why am I being charged for her mistake. I paid the money and I’ll find another cleaner. I’m not paying for something that your fault. Sorry this has to happen.
