2026-01-07 16:38:10I brought five suits to get dry, cleaned. Customer service was good, but all of my suit jackets had to get the lapels reshaped because of the poorly job done. I have never seen anyone do this to any of my suits. Definitely lost a customer.

2026-01-02 16:53:24I’m devastated. This was my favorite coat and a high end brand. It’s ruined. The fun bright yellow now has an ugly green cast, it shrunk considerably, the edges are all rolled. It’s limp and lifeless and so sorry I didn’t review when I picked it up. It was only as the weather cooled that I took it out of the bag and discovered my much loved expensive coat is done
