2026-08-24 21:15:20I brought in a long green formal dress with a small stain on it. When I got the dress back, it was shrunk and had new stains on it that were larger than the original. I've tried contacting your business via phone and left a message, sent a text, but have heard nothing back. Your receipt promises rectification if anything is damaged in your care, and my formal dress was damaged! Please reach out to me.

2026-07-20 15:38:43The person helping us at the counter in thr Carrboro office is great. But his boss is not. We are still waiting for a sweater that seems to be lost. But the main boss isn't confirming this, and it has now been over a month since we dropped off the dry cleaning, and still don't have the sweater back. And the boss doesn't seem to care or give us updates on this.
