Delulu Laundry

There were 32 machines out of order today. Laundry soap machine ate a buck of my money. Luckily the attendant was there to give me soap. The laundry mats on the north side of greeley are kept up better than this!

Incredibly rude receptionist. I called to ask what the hours of operation were and she sounded like I had no business to be calling her. If I can find another laundromat in Evans I would go there instead.

Completely disorganized staff. Can't even use any sort of debit/credit card to pay. I dropped my suit off to get dry cleaned so I can have it for an interview and they said it would be done in a week. I called at the 1 week time period and they said it was still at the cleaner but would be done the next day and ready for pickup. The next day I called and the lady I spoke with said the suit was actually never sent out to get cleaned and it would be another week!!!!! When I went to pick up my suit to take it to another place, the lady acted like she didn't have a care in the world. Absolutely pathetic staff with even worse organizational skills. I took my items to Nu-Way cleaners, they have a 1 day turn around and are cheaper!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before going there because they are spot on. I will never go back to The Last Load in Evans....

Inattentive staff. One of the machines didn't work and they refused to refund. Many of the machines are out of order.

This is the worse place I've been too. First off, most of those machines are old and if they are new they're out of order. My husband was looking for good decent machines to do our laundry and he opened up a machine and closed it back up..(not really looking inside the machine) then this smell started lingering at first I thought it was the bathroom, but He said to me I just opened this machine. Maybe it was this machine. He opens it up again and it's that same disgusting smell. We ended up leaving, but before we left he went back in and told the two girls working there that there was something really nasty in there.. All they say to him "eeeww I wouldn't use those if I were you, that is nasty" Really??? Management needs to do something about there place and the lazy people they hire because obviously they're not doing there job, that place is disgusting!

I have used this facility on a number of occasions. This time I washed a brand new shirt and the dry ripped the shirt to shreds. The staff said they are not liable for the damage done by their machine. There was no sign on the machine stating it was broken but yet the shirt is ruined. It is only a $30 dollar expense, so that won't break the bank but I am very disappointed with their handling of the incident. The staff said " I am sorry the machine ripped up your shirt but that is not our, the companies, fault." Well done, the loss of a single customer is probably not a big deal but that is the only course of action I am left with. I imagine the business such as this is built on return/repeat business so I hope this in some way effects your bottom dollar since that appears to be the company's only concern.

DIRTY. There is hair everywhere in here. And when they clean the washers they use glass cleaner. Not a disinfectant. Its gross.

This place sucked mostly everything was out of order and dirty this place doesn't even deserve a star

More broken washing machine than working ones..

There are a lot of washers and dryers, but when I was there only about 6 washers were working. Heard changing owners but no reason to let all the washers go down. It was clean and parking was good

Update: there is new ownership and they are trying to update the machines. Most of the laundry machines are out of order. Not worth the trip to this place

The girl that works there is was help full

The new "Deluxe Laundry" that took over The Last Load is awesome! They have all brand new machines and they take credit cards on the machine!! They really have outdone themselves to upgrade the laundromat and It's wonderful. The people are really nice and I certainly will continue to do my laundry here!

The Last Load has new owners!! It is already starting to turn around. Much cleaner and they are already installing new washer and dryers. Definitely worth giving another try. The other nice thing about this location is their drop off service. You can bring your personal laundry in for $1 a pound and they will wash it dry it and fold it for you. Usually you can pick it back up the same day. Super convenient.

What a difference a new owner makes, It's like day and night, new machines,clean,freshly painted and friendly staff.Great job to the new owners!
