The manager is the rudest person alive I will never returning

I want today to pick up some items and drop off eight more pieces.. it is twice now that the lady working the front counter is very very rude and hateful.. this is not the first time I've had a problem with her.. I will no longer be taking my clothes there due to this and also a previous time I had requested heavy starch and didn't get anything but dry cleaning

Shirts were not heavy starched like I asked. Extra charges for stain? They are work shirts the stains weren’t removed and I don’t ask for them to be removed but was charged. For worn collar ? Upcharge ? Was the collar replaced ? No just seems very money hungry to be honest

In the 35 yrs of going to D&M cleaners I have never been treated so poorly as I did in the Edinburg Location. The service was horrible, the lady working had a bad attitude and overall bad experience. I will never ever go back to this store

Customer service when dropped off items front person was very rude . Was told that person was let go because of that same reason came to pick up items and she was the one who assisted. Very pricey for a simple press . I will take my services elsewhere where it is cheaper

Hello, when I picked up my pant suits they were wrinkly. I had to leave then to be redone. I used to take my suits and work uniforms to D&M very frequently and don’t recall having this issue back then. I am glad that you are willing to redo my suits.

Expensive and got the instructions wrong. Asked for heavy starch and got light. I could tell the cashier wasn’t interested in what my instructions were for cleaning. And spelled my last name wrong after spelling it out for them.

Lady would not accept cash and card payment for a large multi person order. I will not be back there for service

The shirts weren’t ironed well. Not going again

To much fluff fiber in coat and pant. Employee could not give me a clear reason of why that happed. I had to take cothing like that.

From the day I dropped off the clothes - it was a lot of negativity. “We are not responsible, we are not liable, it is out of our control”. When I picked up - same thing. Received a text with the amount due and was told a different amount when I arrived. And when I inquired as to why - the response was “it’s not our fault. You are a business - at some point there has to be some responsibility.

I pick up my clothes and I went to my car, the price looked off so I went back inside to ask the girl if the price was correct of 60 plus dollars for 7 items. I snr went home and doubled check the girl over charged me. Not very happy. Clerk should of doubled check instead of insisting she was right.

Very bad mannered employees

The ties were not cleaned. I asked to be cleaned again. Two of them were sent to be cleaned again, and they came back cleaned. But today when I asked the third tie to be sent again for cleaning, I was told no. One of the ladies, the short one, was rude every single time when I asked the ties to be sent back to be cleaned again. I will take my business somewhere else. But what you want to do is to have respectful employees and do the cleaning (make sure you do a good cleaning).

I have been out of town and responded to messages earlier this summer letting the staff know that I was out of town and unable to come in to pick up dry cleaning. When I went in to pick up my dry cleaning today the person working told me that I was Not being truthful because I know it would’ve been written on my account if I had called in. I didn’t call and I did send a text and I don’t appreciate being told that I was lying. I think it’s incredibly rude to tell someone that especially considering the circumstances of why I had to be out of town.

The worst experienced ever they ruined a pair of very expensive pants cream color it came back all stained never again will I go there

The prices are to high for right now what where going throw with inflation.

I took my husband’s clothes to get dry cleaned and try out your services but I didn’t like that it takes too long to return clothes back to customer and prices are expensive too. Other than that good customer service by the receptionist.

Today, After I picked up my dry clean suits from you guys, all of my clothes smelled so bad. And I paid $54 for 7 pieces of clothes
