$61 to hem pants is ridiculous!!

I got my suit back with a weird smell, it smells like sweat

I wish there was some way to get the ink off my jacket.

Asked for heavy starch and nothing was heavy starched

Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted to where it was welcoming. The lady who received me didnt even look at me once. I was asked for the name on the order and charged for the service. That's was it. I am sure any cleaners can clean a sports coat. It's all about the environment. I won't be going back.

Got my name misspelled so couldn't find my jacket...my son had to call me to speak with employee afterwards she was able to find it

I said no crease on my jeans and they came back with crease. Not happy at all

I needed some patches put on a letterman jacket. 19!! The first time I went to pick it up the patches looked terribly placed. I requested it be fixed(1st invoice). The second time I went to pick it up the patches were still terrible and not even sewed on correctly with thread still hanging off. (2nd invoice) I requested it be done correctly again since the patches looked pretty bad. At this point I had to drive to pharr because the jacket was in Edinburg. Edinburg receptionist was rude at that and annoyed I wasn’t pleased for the second time. I then kept getting text messages the jacket was ready but when I would call I was told it wasn’t. The final time I called it was finally ready. I went to pharr (I live in Edinburg) and yes the jacket did look better however the placement still wasn’t what I wanted. I didn’t bother to complain I just nicely asked to be charged. When it came to that, I waited another 15 mins because all 3 invoices didn’t have a price. Calls were made to Edinburg, both computers weren’t showing a price, calls to someone were made. It seems very unorganized. At the end, I paid 128. 93 for work I had to constantly complain about and a jacket I just left at Mcallen Sports to get properly fixed. I’m so disappointed! Never again!!!!

Too expensive, reevaluate your prices, I paid 4x the price from competitors for a press only, no starch shirt. First and last time.
