2026-09-26 02:04:40Brought in a delicate quilted wall hanging for cleaning. He went over the piece very carefully with me and pointed out some things that could be a problem being dry cleaned. He assured me they would do their best and clean it very gently. It was ready on time. He spent more time with me and showed me the piece on the back that was signed by the artist had come off. But it took it back and ironed it back on! It looks great! I really appreciate his knowledge and concern on getting this job done right. Job really well done and much appreciated!
