Commercial Laundry Tampa Bay

I use this place as my linen washing service for my cleaning business. It's convenient for me to drop off the dirty linen and have someone else do the actual washing/folding, however, it is hit or miss with the staff. As part of my deal, I should have a pickup and delivery service but they don't seem to have the staff. I also have a specific fold I ask for and packing sequence upon return of the linen which only gets done about 50% of the time. I also have to lint roll some of the items from time to time to gather the stray hairs that the workers shed. While all these issues can be minor fixes (hiring staff, training staff, and hair nets) the work load it saves me is bareable for the cost. EDITING TO ADDRESS THE "OWNER'S" REPLY: To whom it may concern, when I signed my company (U. B. EZ Services LLC) up for your wash club with Kurt, I have only spoken to workers who don't even claim to be the managers let alone owners. I've addressed the aforementioned issues (and some not stated publicly) with Jackie, Liz, and Iris. Iris is the person we speak to most. We do know that Jackie and Liz have been let go, and just met the new employee that didn't even know how to work the register on our last visit, none of whom have ever addressed us as the owner of your business. Liz did tell us she was the manager when addressing an issue that has not been mentioned (as not to hurt the businesses integrity). As stated before, there is space for improvement because it is a good concept, just maybe not as seamlessly run as it could be.

I was excited to go because of the reviews but unfortunately they locked the doors and weren’t allowing entry 2.5 hours before closing time.

My wife and I came to do laundry on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. It was our first time and the employee Jennifer was incredibly helpful and kind. Our clothes came out of the wash still needing to be rinsed further and Jennifer immediately recognized the problem and offered her help / insight. We look forward to coming back here to do laundry, a place we can trust the employees to look out for us.

I use the services in a weekly basis and always I find a nice place where to get my laundry done. It is clean, well located and the staff is nice and helpful. I like that it has an ATM machine in place what made it easy to me.

This laundromat is false advertising stating they open at a certain time and not. “ The owner and associate gives excuses why they open late and yet when you give them another try it still continue to happen. I literally been in the parking lot for over 30 minutes and no one is still not here. It’s really ridiculous and poor look they are still open they do not value there patrons. His staff are unprofessional accept for a few. He has a lot of code violations including cave in ceiling that I will be reporting it’s very fifty and he over charge patron to wash. Please don’t go there his staff Debra is very unprofessional and he tolerate her behavior. I will be reporting him to attorneys and sending secret shoppers on that location

Let's be real, who likes going to the laundromat? It's a hassle that most of us would rather avoid. But the people and machines here make an otherwise annoying task much more bearable. Jennifer has a smile for everyone and is so helpful. The owner keeps things maintenanced and machines running. When I made a mistake and put too much soap, they happily restarted the machines for me at no additional charge, even though it was MY OWN FAULT. For a task I hate, I absolutely love to come here!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I tried going here for the first time today and as soon as I walked in there was garbage and trash all over the floor and the washers were absolutely disgusting and full of mold in every single one of them. You should be ashamed to be running a business like this!! I've never seen a laundromat so disgusting as this one!! I turned around and loaded my clothes back into my car and drove to a different place to go and do my laundry. I wouldn't have used your washers if they were free. I'm sorry, not sorry. Y'all gotta do better. Don't waste your time going to this dirty, moldy laundromat that is way overpriced.

It is a great safe and comfortable place to do your laundry. Attendants are very helpful. Come and try it out!
