Visiting NYC and needed to get some clothes cleaned. My hotel charged a crazy amount so I found this service. They picked up from my hotel's front desk in the morning and by the time we were back after a day of activities my clean clothes were delivered back at my hotel! Price was great, clothes are super clean, and service was very efficient. Highly recommend for both NYC residents and visitors!

I will be using them again. They come upstairs to get your clothes which is really convenient. I could actually smell what they used. I have sensitive skin so when I wore my clothes I didn't break out. You get to pick what you want them to use on their app/website, which I found really useful. They respond really fast and they also answer the phone. 10/10 experience.

I sent a huge amount of laundry to them after it being in storage for several months. They did confirm separating dry cleaning from laundry, which they did, mostly, but washed and machine dried a man's suit, a silk dress, and a silk scarf and sweater- (I clarified twice about separating- because of the volume-)and a few other items. The items all came back with an incredibly overpowering smell and touch of fabric softener. Some laundry that was returned wasn't mine and some was still wet. They were very responsive to Re washing the wet things- one was a duvet so understandable- and picking up the pieces that weren't mine- a set of linen sheets, some towels and 2 tshirts. So I had ruined clothing, clothing not belonging to me, and mis laundered pieces. I also was missing my sheets and a few towels all of similar shades as the ones I received. They were very responsive reiterating that my laundry had never touched anyone else's, after thoroughly addressing with staff and reviewing their video tape....but still, I had things that weren't mine, didn't get things that were, ( which they returned with the Re laundered pieces) and then said they never said they separated dry cleaning and machine washed items....which would be totally fair, except they did say (2x) they did, and did in fact, properly separate 13 pieces for dry cleaning...including the vest to the man's suit. All they did was reiterate not mixing laundry, despite my still having someone else's laundry and not my own, and ruined items, and offer me $30 for my next laundry. Mistakes happen, it was a huge order, (120 lbs, but a lot was blankets and towels and winter coats) but how it was handled (repeatedly denied) without any offer to do anything other than offer $30 for heavily scented ( requested no softener) laundry and ruined / lost pieces was genuinely a waste of time for the several texts and calls they diligently made, and ultimately, did nothing about. If you have used them and get some white linen sheets with a French label, 4 white towels with Carlos label, 2 hand towels with braided seam, and some hand towels with chickens on them, please pm me. They were really nice about it, but totally ineffectual.

Every week we look forward to Clean Avenue returning our perfectly folded clean laundry! The team is super flexible with pick up and drop off times, which makes it super easy for busy folks to coordinate! Would highly recommend!!

I am in NYC for 2 weeks, I needed some things washed asap! They were so responsive, texted me asap...once I downloaded the app and set my cloths to be picked up, they were here in 15 mins. I night recommend! Thank you SO much!

It wouldn't be possible for me to exaggerate the chaos I felt on a Friday night at 4:55, about to leave for a business trip and out of fresh clothes, and my biweekly housekeeper texted the news she moved permanently to Florida and wouldn't be coming for a Saturday morning appointment. It was that kind of day. I wasn't optimistic. The news meant I needed to find a laundry service that would pick up on a Friday night and a delivery by Saturday afternoon. Of Yelp's suggestions, I was attracted by the witty unusual name, Clean Avenue Laundry and its reviews. But my finger stayed crossed... To the story: I was hoping to find a way to get this done - a small last-minute job with a new customer... Our phone call was nothing but a pleasure. Our communications was outstanding and I was confident... (But my fingers were still crossed.) Well, it happened exactly to promise. Well, the clothes, the way they packaged/folded various items, toto first class. To think I spent the night with my fingers crossed ! Made my flight, looked like European royalty... Clean Avenue - they got me now...!!l

Very reliable laundry pickup and delivery service. Right to my hotel.My whites came back folded and beautifully clean. Definitely will be a regular customer when I'm in NYC.

This was my first time using Clean Avenue and the experience was great. I missed my pick up on Sunday morning and they sent someone over again 1 hour later. They still got the clothes back to me by Sunday night!, it really is a Top service with competitive pricing. Received a $20 discount as a new customer. Will definitely use them again.
