2025-12-16 13:05:15Hy-Vee was not aware of the time frame in which it took to clean a comforter properly. No problem not a big deal. I can give Grace for that type of a situation. However, when I went to pick up my comforter (from hyvee) it was not ready nor available on the day I was told to come back to get it. Not a problem. However, when I call Citywide Cleaners and explain my situation. Calmly and respectfully. I am met with hostility and impatience. Hung up on before I can complete my sentence after getting a short answer from an employee that may have been having a very bad day, or just isn't a very happy person in general. I will not be using Citywide Cleaners again and I do not recommend my friends or family to either.
