They completely destroyed my pants.

I brought in a dress with a spot of dried food on the front. Paid $20 for one dress and noted the stain when I dropped it off. Got it back with the dried food spot still on the front. Sales person told me that they tried but couldn’t get it off and that I could send it in again if I wanted. I then proceeded to scratch it off in front of her. No, they did not try. This will also be my google review.

Was really disappointed since the charges were so high but you all put large safety pins on my silk skirt that now looks like it has holes in it to hold it on the hanger.

Dropped off my 100+ $ shirt to be dry cleaned and it came back pink

When I dropped off my items, no one working could tell me how much they would cost to have cleaned. I got a text saying they would be $55 and then when I picked them up 3 of my 4 items were about $65. The fourth item wasn’t ready so now I have to go back a third time for it. It’s been more than a week and no one has contacted me about it. Also, when I picked up the three items, I mentioned that I signed up for the 20% coupon online with my email. The person working told me he didn’t know how to apply it and maybe I could just do it next time. Obviously not super interested in a next time. It would be great if someone could contact me about my fourth item and credit me the 20% I should have saved.

Horrible!! The price I was quoted was $11 and change for my jacket which I received a text about and now regrettably deleted. Then I received a second text that my jacket was ready and the price is $27 and change. I call the guy and say hey what happened it went from $11 to $27?!! He says oh that was a mistake I’ll make it right. I go in there and it’s now $19 and change?!? The guy is so defiant shaking his head NO NO NO never was it $11, There’s no jacket for $11. Now clearly when he hit the $11 price that first that was THE MISTAKE as I believe there is no jacket for $11. But own up to your mistake man! Now I’m contacting my cell carrier now and getting my text transcript with the text that shows the $11 and change price and I’d like to be refunded the difference as the guy said he would do. Or is he going to say he never said that now? This was my first and last transaction here. I will go far and wide to avoid this place now. He knows he made a mistake which is human but just own it and we all move on but deny it and it doesn’t go away and leaves a lingering bad taste for a long long time.

I had to leave half of my stuff because it still has all stains on and several shirts weren’t pressed well. Hopefully, it can be cleaned and done properly.

Very very expensive

First time there and the order is only half complete. Not a great start

I asked to clean two stains and they only cleaned one. The one they left was the worst one they should have notice on my right chest pocket.

Clothes weren’t dry cleaned properly and the buttons were missing

I searched for a cleaner using Yelp, and your store came up and I was offered a 20% discount card which I presented to the clerk before dropping off my clothes. He explained that I was not yet in the system and it would need to be addressed when I picked them up. Upon pick up, the clerk said I would have needed to apply the discount when I dropped the clothes off. Seems like a bait and switch to me.

Very disappointed with service. Unable to process 20% off which was discussed. Although I live across the street will take my dry cleaning elsewhere.

One of the buttons on my shirt was completely ripped off. It was a brand new shirt never washed too but all other shirts were fine

I am missing a Murano dark navy dress shirt. It’s not listed on the receipt but I know it was in the bag I dropped off. Can you please check on it?

This dry cleaner is a rip off!  One time a mens shirt was $2.95 the next was $7.95. Women's blouse was $7.95 and was told that women's require extra cleaning. However, been to other dryly cleaners and men and women were treated equal!  Will never go there again!!

Great service, never an issue.  Text communication from them makes it easy. Very pleasant team.
