2026-06-11 00:38:43The stand color on my pricey dress was turned and pressed downward. The sash/tie was connected to a hanger via a large safety pin and the entire top part was crumpled. The sash will have to be ironed. The ruffle collar of my floral button shirt was also crumpled and folded down. I know the staff works hard, but I expected more care with my treasured pieces I need for work.
