Good experience, however a lot of machines not working.

Everything worked good. The owner comes if anything breaks. The place is very clean. They have a drop off service.

Wow what a different laundromat. It has been clean every time I have came there in the past 5 weeks. Great new ownership. New machines and fixed all the old ones. Good luck.

Everything is great i like everything

Several great changes since the new ownership took place. There are more upgraded washers and driers, and are reasonably priced. The atmosphere is brighter and more inviting, and the free WiFi and television make the stay more relaxing. The new owner is very customer focused, and seems truly appreciative of his clientele. With more upgrades to follow, such as drop off service; this has become my laundromat of choice.

New owner, Bernard, has completely upgraded the only Laundry Mat in Mokena. Thank you Bernard. All washers and dryers work NOW!!! Many new and larger machines. It is always very clean. Besides the new drop off service, a sink has been added for customer use. Very helpful for pretreating extra dirty items. The vending machines also are now stocked!! and the items in there are fresh, unlike previous owners that had stall and expired snacks in the machine before. I am very pleased with the great changes made to this local laundry mat by new management. it has definitely earned my 5 stars.

Bernard is friendly, helpful and even gave us his personal cell incase he's not around!

After our one and only Laundromat shut down here in New Lenox, we were so very pleased to have found Busy B Laundromat in Mokena to do our business with. A little longer a drive for us, but still close. So glad we found you. Will spread the word where you are. ;-)

I needed to find a laundromat as I had some drop cloths that were too big for me to wash at home, so I googled to find one near me. I saw several, but Busy B caught my eye as all 9 reviews were 5 stars and so very positive. Today I went there to do my wash and the owner, Bernard, was there and proved to be so very helpful. Not only did he guide me to the right size machine, but helped me to figure out which wash settings to use and how long I needed to dry the cloths. I heartily recommend this very well suppied, clean, and friendly business to those who need a laundromat on a weekly, or perhaps occassional needed basis. Kudos to Bernard and much success at Busy B Laundromat!!

The owner is a very personable, friendly, kind man. The business is kept VERY clean. Great upgrades and run very well!!

My first trip here today. Reasonable prices at $2.50, $3.75, and $5.75 a load depending on the washer size. There is plenty of seating, 2 TV's, vending machines, and wifi while you wait. I will come again in the future.

For my first time here it was great. The man at the front was so nice and helpful with a smile on his face. I'm so glad I found this place.

Great place BB!

I decided to check it out instead of using laundry world in joliet. I was highly dissapointed. Dog hair was everywhere including in the washers. I used the dryer for an hour on high heat and my clothes were not dry. I will.not be back.
