2026-09-12 05:09:02The rug I brought in for cleaning wasn’t cleaned at all. It came back in the same condition. The stains were still on the rug and the dog pee could still be smelled. It was as if nothing was done to clean the rug and I am out $238. I believe I am due a refund.

2026-08-31 17:18:14I’m a little disappointed in the way one of my items is discolored. It was an ivory satin blouse when I bought it in, but it is now a beige color. I’m aware that whites, especially delicates need to be cleaned with a clean and fresh solution that need to be changed frequently. This seems to have happened to my garment. The cleaning solution was old and discolored and it is evident in the discoloration of my garment. Not happy about that at all!!

2026-08-29 19:21:21Answer the phone! I called several times during business hours but no one answered. I called back but same. One time someone picked up and hung up. I also needed alterations to shorten a shirt but it was not the length I asked for. Too much trouble to redo it because I need the shirt this week. Ugh!
